  City-Is/Ciudad-Es/La Ville-Est is part of the project “territories,” made up of six member organizations of Arts Collaboratory, an ecosystem of twenty-five like-minded organizations situated predominantly in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, all of whom are focused on collective governance. Throughout this project, participating organizations researched the idea of territorial conflicts in their local contexts and across the global spectrum.
