Hands of Justice, Hearts of Unity
Hands of Justice, Hearts of Unity
"This artwork, "Hands of Justice, Hearts of Unity," embodies the collective struggle and aspiration for immigration rights. Inspired by heartfelt interviews with community members, the design represents the unity of diverse individuals—children, mothers, fathers, daughters, and grandparents-who are all affected by the current immigration policies. The central imagery of hands reaching out symbolizes solidarity and the joint effort needed to achieve justice and equality for immigrants. Surrounding these hands are images reflecting various generations and their roles, emphasizing that the fight for immigration rights transcends age and background. The repetitive phrase, "For our children, our mothers, our fathers, our daughters," reinforces the idea that this movement is for everyone, aiming to create a fairer future for all families, regardless of their origin."–Dora Dulge
